At THE FIX, we want you to love your style. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the items are in their original condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging if possible.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
